We accepted an invitation from HD Hyundai to attend their Materials Handling Dealer Summit 2025 at Hyundai’s EU Headquarters in Tessenderlo, Belgium. The 2 day event, attended by dealers from all over Europe not only showcased a whole new range of Hyundai warehouse equipment along with existing Heavy – Line machines and the current range of counterbalance trucks but also brought together a large number of “forklift folk” who wouldn’t normally meet and gave an unprecedented opportunity to network, share ideas and discuss future trends within the industry.

Following an informal gathering of the UK & Ireland dealers on the first night, things got a bit more serious the next day when everyone was collected and transported to Tessenderlo HQ for presentations on the new range of trucks, visions for the future, special offers and several speakers from battery and attachment suppliers. An evening meal followed and a couple of hours to chat before returning to the hotel to prepare for Day 2.

The “see it, touch it, drive it” session allowed everyone the chance to see the machines close up and technical experts from Hyundai were available to answer questions. After a buffet lunch there were summing up speeches and then delegates started to leave safe in the knowledge that new products with innovative design and built in reliability continue to be watchwords of HD Hyundai Material Handling.
