Thorough Examinations:
Whether you own, lease or hire a forklift, operators are legally obliged to ensure that their truck holds a valid Report of Thorough Examination.
NDLT is an accredited member of the Consolidated Fork Truck Services (CFTS), and our staff are authorised to advise on and carry out Thorough Examinations.

Preventative Maintenance:
“Prevention is better than cure”, so one of the best investments you can make is regular servicing. Our tailored service packages may relate to the working hours of your machine or the conditions in which it operates; either way, we will ensure that oils and filters are changed, components checked, and fixtures tightened following our servicing schedule.

Emergency Breakdowns:
One way or another, we will ensure that your daily work schedule isn’t affected due to your forklift or cleaning machine coming to a halt. Upon receipt of a call, we travel to the site promptly and assess the extent of the problem. In most cases, we achieve a first-time repair using parts direct from van stock.

Spare Parts:
When a machine needs repairing or servicing we all rely on the skills of the expert technician who does the job for us.
But they can’t do that job without a reliable supply of Spare Parts. At NDLT, we have spent many years securing parts supply routes from different manufacturers and suppliers.
In addition to the comprehensive stock of Hyundai fast-moving items that we hold in Corby, most current components for a variety of makes & models are available within 24/48 hours.
Replacement Batteries:
An electric forklift is only as good as its battery. Running any electrically powered machine on undercharged batteries can cause all sorts of problems, from overheating to spurious electronic faults and serious long-term issues. We are often able to repair an older battery, whether that be corroded connections, a cell gone open circuit or the battery is physically damaged. If a repair is not commercially viable, then we can supply and fit a completely new battery unit.
