
Following a morning of online training the previous week, two of our Field Service Engineers travelled to Hyundai’s EU HQ just east of Antwerp last week for in person technical training aimed at the portfolio of machines that we work on most. Three days of quite intense coaching with plenty of Q&A sessions saw them return to UK more knowledgeable but rather tired, so an early start back and fielding all sorts of questions from other staff members probably just about finished them off! We also took the opportunity to update and download the latest software packages direct from the factory so we are now totally current with diagnostic and fault finding as well as initial; set-up of new equipment to customers’ required parameters.
